Your maintenance is outsourced
The responsibility isn’t

CP8 CMMS gives you one register for your equipment, maintenance deadlines and providers.

Propose time slots, let your provider choose through a link without creating an account, and receive a calendar invitation.

Equipment register and provider scheduling are live. Deadline alerts are partially available. Additional modules are planned.

What works today

Equipment register -> live
Organize sites by building, floor and room. Keep equipment, lifecycle information, deadlines and providers in one register.

Provider scheduling -> live
Propose time slots. The provider chooses through a secure link without creating an account, and a calendar invitation follows. You can propose new slots if needed, up to three rounds.

Deadline alerts -> partial
Reminders are sent 90, 30 and 7 days before a deadline, with the provider in copy. Follow-ups after a missed deadline are not yet available.

What’s planned next

These modules are planned and are not available yet.

"Anticipate" -> planned

Automatic quote requests, follow-ups, quotes filed in one place, and escalation.

"Track" -> planned
Approvals, intervention reports, sign-off before invoicing, and QR codes.

"Steer" -> planned
A management console, tasks, user roles including an auditor, and a monthly report.

How we set it up

  1. Agree the scope
    We define the sites, equipment families and providers to include

  2. Start from your existing information
    We map your sites, equipment and providers with you, using the lists you already keep

  3. Schedule your providers
    Nothing to install and no account to create: providers receive a secure link when a visit needs scheduling

  4. Adjust after launch
    We check in after go-live to adapt the setup to the way you work

Scope, pricing and data

We start with a conversation about your sites, equipment and providers. If CP8 CMMS fits your needs, we demonstrate the live features using sample data.

The scope and pricing are provided in writing after this first conversation.

Where the service is hosted and who operates it are agreed with you and written into your contract. Your data remain yours. Export arrangements, as well as return and deletion terms at the end of the contract, are specified in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Is CP8 CMMS a full industrial maintenance suite?
It focuses on coordinating maintenance carried out by outside providers. It does not replace a full industrial maintenance suite.

Do our providers need an account?
No. They receive a secure link, choose a proposed time slot and receive a calendar invitation.

Can it track IT deadlines too?
Yes. Hardware support, warranties, licenses, firewall subscriptions and certificates can be tracked in the same register as your building equipment.
