This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data on cyberprime8.com and when you book or use our services.

1) Data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, role, company, work email, phone (professional clients); first name, surname, date of birth, email (Numia customers).

  • Bookings & services: session type, date/time, information you share, documents provided.

  • Billing: invoicing details and payment status. (Payments are processed by our provider; we do not store full card numbers.)

  • Communications: emails/messages; meeting recordings only with your consent.

  • Website & device: pages viewed, IP address, browser, cookies (see Cookies).

  • Marketing preferences: subscriptions/opt-ins and unsubscribes.

Sources: directly from you; your colleagues (B2B context); and our processors (booking, payments, analytics).

Numia orders: first name, surname, date of birth, country of residence, and email address. The date of birth is the basis of the calculation and cannot be omitted.

2) Why we use it (legal bases)

Provide services & manage bookings (contract)
Respond to enquiries & support (legitimate interests / contract)
Billing, fraud prevention & compliance (legal obligation)
Improve site and services via limited, privacy-friendly analytics (legitimate interests)
Send updates you requested (consent; withdraw anytime)

3) How long we keep it

After these periods we delete or anonymise the data unless law requires longer.

4) Sharing & processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted providers under data-processing agreements, for purposes described above:

  • Wix.com Ltd. - website & hosting (cookie banner)

  • Wix Bookings - online scheduling

  • Stripe Payments - secure payment processing (tokenised)

  • Email & productivity suite (e.g., Google Workspace or equivalent)

  • Analytics - privacy-oriented configuration; no sensitive data

  • Anthropic PBC (United States) - generation of report text from the calculated numbers. First name and date of birth are transmitted; no email address and no payment data.

  • Tilda Publishing - hosting of the julia-ricci.com sales pages.

  • Brevo (France) - transactional email delivery.

  • Stripe Payments Europe - payment processing and VAT calculation.

5) International transfers

Some providers process data outside the EEA, in particular Anthropic PBC (United States) for report generation and Tilda Publishing for page hosting. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional technical safeguards: data minimisation, no email address or payment data transmitted, and no reuse of content for model training.

6) Security

We use layered security: access controls, encryption in transit, configuration hardening, least-privilege administration, and logging. Incidents are assessed and, where required, notified to authorities and affected individuals.

7) Your rights (EU/UK)

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

For questions about an order or a document you have not received, write to support@cyberprime8.com instead.
You can also lodge a complaint with your local authority (e.g., CNIL in France, ICO in the UK).

8) Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep the site working (strictly necessary),

  • measure basic traffic (analytics, configured with reduced data collection),

  • remember preferences (functional).

Manage choices via our Cookie Banner and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site features.

The Numia sales and purchase pages use strictly necessary cookies only. No analytics or advertising cookies are placed there, and no consent banner is therefore required on those pages.

9) Children

Our advisory services target business users. Numia products are sold to adults aged 18 and over; age is verified from the date of birth supplied at purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10) US/California addendum (summary)

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by California law. If targeted advertising is ever used, we will provide an opt-out link.

11) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version with the effective date will always be available on this page.
